These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and epicwin8 as the platform operator. All activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, wagering and withdrawals are subject to the terms stated here.

epicwin8 will not be responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their own account, including reusing the same password on other platforms.

epicwin8 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other major Malaysian banks as examples), as well as cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted, subject to any verification process that may be required.

All payment methods used must be in the name of the registered user. epicwin8 does not allow payments using third-party accounts or business accounts. Any suspicious withdrawal will be subject to additional security checks before being approved.

epicwin8 offers a 100% first deposit match welcome bonus of up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If your first deposit is RM2,200, the bonus received is RM1,000 (maximum limit) bringing your balance to RM3,200, and the wagering requirement to be met is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

epicwin8 members are eligible to join the VIP programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6% and Diamond up to 0.8%.

VIP tier upgrades are based on a user's wagering activity over time. epicwin8 reserves the right to amend VIP programme benefits with reasonable notice to affected members.

epicwin8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Each promotion has its own terms that must be read and understood before participation.

Misuse of promotions, including attempts to obtain bonuses through multiple accounts or other acts that violate the spirit of a promotion, will result in account closure and cancellation of all uncashed bonuses.

All games offered on the epicwin8 platform are for entertainment purposes only and are available to users who meet the eligibility requirements. The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that assist with automated betting is strictly prohibited.

If the epicwin8 system detects suspicious activity on any account, we reserve the right to suspend that account while an investigation is carried out. Winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be voided.

All games on the epicwin8 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed by players on technical grounds.

If a technical disruption occurs during a game, epicwin8 will assess the situation fairly. In cases where a game cannot be completed, the outstanding bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

epicwin8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, including but not limited to: use of false information, ownership of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In cases of closure resulting from a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited once the investigation is complete and the breach is proven. Users will be given the opportunity to provide an explanation before any final action is taken.

Users have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, users must first withdraw all remaining balances in their account.
